The Tibetan document is written in Tibetan cursive dbu med script. I had a very quick look and noticed that both Lhasa and Nepal are mentioned there. Since there is a stamp, I would guess that it is some kind of an official document which a Newari guy (trader, artisan?) from Kathmandu got in Lhasa. But this is just a guess. One would need to read the document properly.
